In General

The Department of Homeland Security  is proposing a regulation to end the International Entrepreneur Rule (IE Final Rule). According to the Department of Homeland Security only 13 applications have been submitted since a federal court instituted the application of the rule in December 2017. At this time none of those applications have been approved.

The proposed regulation would end the International Entrepreneur Rule availability to future applicants and terminate any approved parole petitions. It is very likely that this proposed regulation will successfully end the nascent program. With this in mind we cannot recommend that any entrepreneurs file a parole petition under this program.

For entrepreneurs considering visa options in the US we will continue to review all US visa options to secure the best opportunity for each entrepreneur.
